Overview

At Your Pathway to Medicine, we are committed to providing high-quality mentoring and resources to support aspiring medical students. We understand that circumstances can change, and this Refund Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds for our packages.

Bronze Package – Free

The Bronze package is free of charge and therefore not eligible for refunds.

Silver Package – £499

Refund requests for the Silver package must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase and before access to the full lesson series is granted. Once the digital resources (including the video lessons and printable materials) have been accessed or downloaded, refunds will not be issued.

Gold Package – £999

Refunds for the Gold package can be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 2 coaching sessions have been used and the full lesson series has not been accessed. If any coaching sessions have been delivered, the cost of those sessions (£50 per hour) will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are not available after 14 days from the date of purchase.

Platinum Pro Plus Package – £2,500

Due to the bespoke and high-level personalised nature of the Platinum Pro Plus package, partial refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis. Any sessions delivered (including 1:1 coaching and mentoring support) will be deducted at the rate of £50 per hour, and any non-recoverable administrative or travel costs will also be deducted. No refunds will be issued after 14 days from purchase.

All mentors and staff must be alert to signs of abuse and know how to respond. If a student discloses a safeguarding concern:
- Listen calmly and attentively
- Do not promise confidentiality — inform the student that the information may need to be shared for their safety
- Report the concern immediately to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
